Motorola puts out MCNE certification

  March 1, 2004, Beijing -- Motorola project institute (MEI) puts out a wireless network engineer's certification towards the society formally today -- Motorola's certification network engineer (MCNE). MCNE is only authority technological certification and for satisfying the demands of nowadays China Mobile train and manage qualified personnel.

NT takes the lead in through the VoIP interaction tests of Ministry of National Defense of U.S.A.

  NT claimed that it becomes the first equipment company that passed the VoIP interaction test of Ministry of National Defense of U.S.A. today. All equipment which join the networks of U.S.A. Ministry of National Defense must pass their JITC test. These equipment that passed the test include Succession 1000M equipment, Baystack 460-24T-Pwr Power over Ethernet Switch, Contivity encrypts IP business gateway and Passport 8600 route exchange equipment.

Extension of services for Air China

  Arvato services has extended its services for its customer Air China. From 1. September 2003 arvato will handle all data capturing activities associated with Air China's frequent flyer program "Air China Companion" club. These services include: enrolments of new members, the retroactive crediting of flight activities and the maintenance of member's data.
"Air China Companion" is a rewards activity of miles accumulation that is the first Frequent Flyer Program (FFP) in China by dedicated design to passengers who take air china airlines (including both international and domestic airlines). "Air China Companion" always carries out the concept of "Customer always take the privilege" centered with customers' demands.
The FFP members were grown up to one million since "New Air China" launched. "Air China Companion has developing many marketing activities and cooperation projects for serving member with better services to raise its service quality and increase its awareness of its new brand image.
