The dispute that Vonage and AT&T gets up again

　　This week, Vonage company claimed, the fight between it and AT&T company not merely lies in VoIP user respect, it is resisting with AT&T too in new VoIP service name respect.

　　On last Tuesday, Vonage submitted the indictment about the trade mark of AT&T, claimed that its CallVantage Service name is too similar with the trade mark name of trade mark of Vonage company.

　　A representative in Europe of AT&T refused to comment to this lawsuit case, and claimed that these are questions inside U.S.A.. Vonage's representatives in U.S.A. have not commented either up to March 31.
