Avaya ranks first in the market of corporate communication in China
mainland
The report from Frost & Sullivan shows that Avaya has held the
leading position in the market of enterprise communication in China mainland.
Avaya, the global leading provider of PBX, IP-PBX and call center, telecommunication
network and corporate service, has recently announced, its market share
of corporate voice communication and call center has ranked first in China
mainland. According to the report by the market research institute Frost
& Sullivan, the market shares of Avaya in PBX, IP-PBX and call center
markets in 2003 are respectively 11.9%, 35.7% and 23.5%. This is the first
time for Avaya to win the first in the above three key markets in China
mainland.
According to the report from Frost & Sullivan, the ICRM market of
Asia and Pacific district has reached 620,600,000 US dollars by 2003.
The revenue has increased by 0.7% than that of 2002. From 2003 to 2010,
the compound annual growth rate (CAGR) might reach 13.0%. By 2007, the
revenue of ICRM market will arrive at 1.128 billion US dollars.
Frost & Sullivan also predicts, that the IP voice telecommunication
market scale of Asia and Pacific district this year will increase from
the 294,100,000 US dollars of 2003 to 420,600,000 dollars with an increase
rate of above 43%.

said that according to the regulations in the cooperation agreement, Lenovo
will preset call center software program in the PC systems.
