Holly CRM will launch its Holly C6 enterprise call center product

  Holly CRM company, a company with great reputation in the call center field, will hold grand release conference at Beijing Great Wall Hotel. Hong Kong net has purchased Beijing Hehe Corporation with 60 million dollars to explore the IVR market

  Hong Kong net announces, it will purchase the IVR project from its mother company under a price less than 60 million dollars (about 4680 million HK yuan). It is said that the company acquired is Beijing Hehe. This company was established in Beijing Hehe in September 2003, mainly engaged in Internet SMS and providing streaming VA service on the voice interactive system platform for customers of China Mobile and China Unicom.

  Since the fourth season of last year, China Mobile has announced it would enlarge its input into the new wireless value added service. Its aim for this time is IVR service which obtained its name in the previous TOM acquisition. It is analysed, the number of present domestic IVR users is near 3 million, and it is predicted the revenue of IVR in 2004 will exceed 2.5 billion.

The revenue of ADLINK in the second season reaches 4340 million Yuan, and creates a record of highest seasonal revenue

  Global top industry computer CompactPCI/PXI technical leading manufacturer ---ADLINK Technology has realized 1430 million NTY in June and 4340 million NTY in the second season, which creates a record of highest seasonal revenue. The accumulated revenue from January to June is 7560 NYT, with an increase rate of 47%. The revenue of midseason will be more prospective. It is predicted that the revenue of the third season will be 4500 million NTY and of the fourth season 4800 million NTY.

NTT will launch integrated audio-video IP business

  Japan NTT Telecommunication Company will announce that it will launch a new integrated video and voice service on the base of the existed Arcstar IP-VPN since July 9. Based on this service, NTT will provide free intranet-based VoIP service and tele-video conference service. NTT also expresses, in the past all these services were provided separately, and the present integration will provide bigger convenience to customers as well as to decrease telecommunication cost. NEC, Ayaya, and Cisco provide equipment support to this service. At present, this service can support SIP and H.323 protocols, plus online support in 88 countries in the world.
