Large companies focus on the call centers of Chinese enterprises
OKI Software Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., the wholly invested sub-company
of the famous Japanese electronic company OKI, and China Telecom Changzhou
Branch announce it will focus on China's call center market on the seminar
of China Enterprise Call Center held recently.
At present, companies owning call centers in China's market are mainly
from telecom, insurance, banking and securities industries. The portion
of enterprise call center is comparatively small, so the market potential
is huge.
Although enterprise call center just emerges in China, it has attracted
active attention and investment of many world-class companies like Cisco,
ALTIGEN of US, OKI, Avaya of Japan. The main reason is that China mainland
has become an important manufacture and consumption market in the world.
In toady' market competition where customer is the God, call center will
become more and more important and develops in faster speed. At present,
the number of China's call center is between 5000 to 6000. The call center
market of China is growing at a rate of 20% to 30% annually.
Lenovo Zhongwang has made substantial progress in its cooperation with
CSG and signs contract with Sichuan Telecom
Recently, Lenovo Zhongwang System Service Co., Ltd. of Lenovo IT Service
has signed contract with Sichuan Telecom to provide telecom charging products.
This time, what Sichuan Telecom selects is the telecom charging product
of Lenovo Zhongwang's partner CSG. This action also creates a precedent
example for China provincial telecom enterprise to select foreign commercial
use software set. This is also the first time of providing service to
China Telecom customers since the ally of Lenovo Zhongwang and CSG System,
the global famous telecom charging manufacturer. It also symbolizes that
the cooperation between Lenovo Zhongwang and CSG has made a substantial
progress.
Sichuan Telecom makes comprehensive reconstruction to its existing system
so as to meet the fast growing market demand. In the selection of the
charging system software, Sichuan Telecom finally decides to use products
of CSG after making strict comparison among domestic and foreign products.
These products will be used to support 21 local networks of 15 million
users, including fixed call, IP and broadband service. This is the first
time for a provincial telecom enterprise to select foreign commercial
software.
Cisco helps India to build a new generation telecommunication network
Having confidence in the potential of India telecommunication industry,
Cisco system cooperates with a local telecom operator of India Bharti
Infotel(Bharti Infotel is a subcompany of one of the four biggest telecom
operators Bharti Tele-Ventures, specially engaged in providing network
service) to provide telecom network equipments. It is predicted that the
IP network framework of India will be finished within five years. When
Cisco finishes the IP network, Bharti Infotel can provide better network
service to more enterprise users.
Cisco plans to finish the IP network construction of India in five years.
At that time, the demand for local network will emerges, and that will
be an opportunity for Chinese network equipment provider.
