Frontrange Software provides IT-Help Desk solution to FUJI XEROX

  Since this May when Frontrange signed the project of Customer Service Center of China, Frontrange cooperates with Gamutsoft again to provide the integrated solution of IT-Help Desk to FUJI XEROX.

Survey: 50% VoIP user choose telephone company as primary service provider

  According to the latest study of Ipsos-Insight, the most possible users to try VoIP service are consumers logging to the Internet by dial or DSL service, instead of broadband users. In the survey to more than 1200 US family users, 50% interviewee believe that telephone company is the best service provider of VoIP service. At the same time, family users are not eager to own VoIP. Only 19% interviewee said they might upgrade or turn to VoIP service.

  The data shows, the most possible users turning to VoIP service are families with monthly telephone fee above 40 US dollars. The network provider ranks after telephone company as the second choice of VoIP provider. 35% interviewee have selected this kind of company. The cable service provider ranks third with its 15% percentage. Among VoIP service the largest demanded function is caller ID, Voicemail, battery back-up and call waiting.

Verizon launches VoIP service to DSL and cable/line modem consumer

  Verizon recently launches VoiceWing to provide consumption VoIP service to DSL and cable/line modem consumer of US. Verizon also plans to launch enterprise VoIP service later this year. VoiceWing allows consumer to make limitless local or long-distance call at a monthly charge of 40 US dollars. VoiceWing also allows consumer to select one's own district number among 139 districts of 33 states and Washington DC.

Eicon and Nuance launch voice application together

  Recently, Canada Eicon network company announces that it will join the Nuance Partner Ally Plan as a technical partner. Nuance Partner Plan includes IVR platform provider, system integrator, voice communication hardware company and voice application service provider. Its aim is to provide voice solutions encompassing various application and industries.
As the technical partner of Nuance, Eicon will launch Diva Server V series products through the dealer and distributor to the telecom industry. Diva Server V system card products have powerful hardware system structure and abundant media processing function. The enterprise can self develop and deploy voice and conference application so as to enhance performance and accuracy, and decrease cost.
