　　On July 28, after profound and sufficient communication and discussion, Voicesoft signs contract with Shanghai Yue Ying Baby Articles Co., Ltd. According to the contract, Voicesoft will build the new call center system for its Baby Room.

　　Shanghai Voice Software uses the most update call center platform VS CommSuites， and Nortel Norstar Whole Digital Exchanger to solve the potential problems that might emerge in the construction of client call center.

ChuanYu Company Network Video Conference System runs successfully at Shifang Tobacco Factory

　　On July 22, in the intimate cooperation of engineers from Shifang Tobacco Factory Universal Management Department, Chongqing Xinsiwei Company, Sichuan Chuangyi Company, the network video conference system of Chuanyu Company has been installed and tested in Shifang Tobacco Factory sub-site, and successfully realized the signal transmission between Chengdu and Shifang. Shifang Tobacco Factory becomes the first factory user of Chuanyu Company that uses the network video conference system successfully.

　　This network video conference system adopts VTEL Vista EX equipments to connect with Chuanyu Company through the rent 2M SDH special line. So the audiovisual signal can be transmitted from the conference site of the factory to Chuanyu Company, and vice versa. It can also switch the audiovisual signals with other sub sites by the MCU (multi-point control unit) and realize multipoint conference communication.
