　　IDC says, although Siebel ranked first in the global CRM market in 2003, its market share has decreased than that of 2001 and 2002. SAP has effectively consolidated its position as the second.

　　Purchasers continue to emphasize the importance of showing investment return and the total cost of owning this software before purchasing the CRM software. IDC thinks, the requirement to these two factors will be further intensified in the coming four years.

　　This report says, the global sales revenue of CRM Analysis and Application Software Market in 2003 has increased by 12.7% and reached 9090 million US dollars.

　　IDC Analysts express, the integration trend of CRM analysis software field is not only promoted by large scale enterprises like Siebel、SAS Institute, NetIQ, but also by the rapid growth of small scale companies like Coremetrics and DoubleClick.
