that Xinjiang National Taxation Administration "12366" Taxation
Service Hotline has opened. The user can dial "12366" in the
territory of Xinjiang with the fixed phone of China Telecom, Personal
Access Phone System, China Mobile, China Unicom, China Tietong.
Avaya launches new wireless IP voice Communication product
The global leading enterprise communication software, system and service
provider, Avaya (NYE:AV) recently has released a new integrated mobile
product which will provide various convenience of office communication
to staff outside the office. This product can seamless extend Internet
Protocol Voice in the wireless network, improve the IP application of
mobile staff and the transmission of voice communication, then to improve

communication.
The new product includes Avaya W310 WLAN gateway and W110 WLAN access

newly released double network mobile office equipments of Motorola.

outsourcing"

The new report says, Nearshore Outsourcing is a new tendency of overseas
outsourcing just emerged in UK. The outsourcing enterprises prefer the
ex-east European countries and Morocco rather than traditional outsourcing
places like India.
The report of an analysis enterprise Datamonitor found that when the
call centers are outsourced to countries with low wage, more and more
enterprises start to prefer countries like Czech.
However, the nearshore market is still too small compared with traditional
overseas market. Datamonitor predicts, the call centers outsourced to
mid-Europe, east-Europe, and North America will increase from 4400 in
2003 to 13700 in 2008.
However, in Bangalore, India there are 60000 people working in call
centers of outsourced business process.
The market of overseas call center has matured in Baltic countries like
Poland, Czech, Morocco and Hungary. However, Datamonitor predicts, because
of the friendly investment environment and geographic advantage, Tunis,
Bulgaria, Romania will also experience rapid growth.
Jiangsu 110、119、122 integrate in this year
Recently, the Ministry of Public Securities announces, the national
municipal and county public securities bureaus should basically realize
the integration of 110, 122 and 119 within three years. The citizen can
rapidly report any alarm to the police by dialing any number. According
to Jiangsu Police, this integration within the whole province will be
accomplished in this year.
