ITApps cooperating with China UnionPay to establish the call center
With the quick economic growth, China UnionPay made a great progress
in promoting unified UnionPay identification card on domestic market.
With the growth of business, there are higher demands for the development
of call center. Under such conditions, China UnionPay decides to upgrade
and reconstruct the former call center system. In the upgrading and reconstructing
of the call center, ITApps cooperated with China UnionPay to provide IVR
high-end products. EDIFY made a great success in showing the strength
of the products.
China UnionPay uses EDIFY IVR products in the upgrading and reconstruction
project to lay a solid foundation for the customized and better service.
The Edify IVR solution as provided by ITApps has occupied the largest
share of the domestic call center IVR market with its technical advantages
and professional services. It is not only applied in the four big state-owned
bank (Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial
Bank of China, China Construction Bank), but also applied in Shenzhen
Development Bank, Huaxia Bank, CITIC Industrial Bank, China Everbright
Bank, City Commercial Bank as well as other banks.
Middle and high-level management training getting popular in CCCS Call
Center
Since the commencement in Sep. 2003, CCCS-PQ has been recognized and
participated by the personnel in customer service dept and call centers
of all the industries. Up until now, there have been almost 200 management
personnel taking part in the qualification training of different levels.
Since June of 2004, CCCS-PQ has been carried out for many times in Shanghai,
Qingdao, Shenzhen and Guangzhou.
In September 2004, the Customer Relationship Management Committee of
China Federation of IT Promotion will organize an examination of the mid-level
management personnel in the call centers all over the country.
TurboCRM signing agreement with Qingdao Feixun
Recently, TurboCRM has signed contract with Qingdao Feixun Electronic
Engineer Company for the purchase and application of TurboCRM system.
Huawei's CDN network for Online live of Olympic games
Recently, Huawei participated in the construction of the CDN network
by providing three key nodes. The network will be used to provide Olympic
Live and windows-media-based request for the broadband users of China
Telecom.
In the project, Huawei provides the advanced infoXTM-MDN2000 CDN network
solutions and infoXTM-M12000 high-capacity Cache. It only took 3 weeks
from the contracting to the opening of the whole network. Thus, the broadband
user of China Telecom can enjoy online Olympic live.
Ctstage 24-hours hot line put into service by OKI on China's domestic
market
On August 16, OKI Software Technology (Jiangsu) Company announced that
from the day on the CTstage24-hours hot line would be put into service.
Besides the number 0519-8690877 for sales-related consultant service,
the company also started up the number 0519-8690876 for after-sales service
for the Ctstage users on domestic market
