HXD09 winning the bid for the TBS of business department of the head office of CCB

Aculab VoIP techniques for Aspect Communications

　　Aculab serves the worldwide system developers and system integrators with the advanced CTI techniques. It is announced in British on July 8 that Aspect, as the leading provider of enterprise-customer communication solutions, has successfully integrate the IP voice card of Aculab into CSS 7, the latest Aspect IVR solution.

　　Aspect has always used the solutions based on Aculab techniques. All these solutions, with high expandability, can fulfill hard tasks and realize the customer self-service based on E1 telephone techniques. Due to fact that the E1 card uses the same API as that of IP card, it is very easy to realize the VoIP functions.

　　The customers may purchase the software solution only, which is based on open standard and can meet the requirements for standard platform, or purchase the whole system, including the hardware and software.

ERICY will provide equipment for the VoIP system of MCI

　　MCI (MCIP) announced on Wednesday that considering the long-term cooperation relationship, it decided to choose ERICY as the equipment provider to transfer the international voice flow to a network-based system, which is called VoIP.

　　MCI says, it will begin to transfer the voice flow to VoIP network before the middle of 2005 to improve the working efficiency, reduce the operating cost and bring more benefits to the telecommunication customers.
Financial details have not been disclosed yet.

CTIL enters Dalian to better serve the call centers in the northeast of China

　　Recently, Hongkong Continuous Technologies International Ltd (CTIL) opened an office in Dalian. It is the 5th office established by CTIL (the other four is in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Nanjing respectively), which shows that CTIL enters the northeast market.
Long before that, CTIL has established long-term cooperation relationships with many users in northeast China. With the opening of Dalian office, it will provide better service to these customers and enhance the market promotion as well.
