ITApps providing vocational training for the Bank Card Center of
Agricultural Bank of China
Facing the fiercer competition in the banking industry, ITApps recently
provided vocational training for the Bank Card Center of Agricultural
Bank of China to enhance the development of the banking card center. The
training, mainly aimed at customer service representative, involves standard
operation flow of the customer service dept. of banking card center, consultancy
and information services.
To integrate telecommunication, Intel HMP aims at next generation media
processing
Intel, the largest global chip, computer and network product manufacturer,
has been increasing its attention on telecommunication, and proposed the
concept of "integrate telecommunication". This concept has been
comprehensively illustrated on the "2004 Intel Integrated Telecommunication
Solution Summit" sponsored by Intel on August 12, 13. According to
Intel, the company will establish an integrated telecommunication platform,
and the operators and enterprise users can develop business and services
they would like to provide on this platform. On the summit, Intel has
launched two Intel HMP based application servers cPCIS-3300BLS/HMP and
BX-200/HMP together with Taiwan manufacturer ADLINK, which is a powerful
annotation to this concept.
Aculab announces Prosody S has entered into commercial use phase
Aculab provides advanced computer voice integration technology to developers
and system integrators. On August 4, the company announces on the VoIP
Developer Conference of US San Jose that its mainframe media processing
software Prosody S has entered into commercial use phase.
Compared with similar products at present, Prosody S can operate both
on Intel processor and AMD processor, and this feature provides more choices
to developers at system integration.
Cisco has sold 1 million IP phones in Europe
Cisco System Corporate recently announces that it has sold out its No.
1000000 IP phone.
The sale of its No. 1000000 IP hone by Cisco in Europe marks a significant
milestone for the development of IP phone. It also proves Cisco has most
powerful and permanent leading edge in this market. According to the statistics
of IDC, the sale of Cisco IP phone in west European market has accounts
for 49%, and this market is part of enterprise phone market. Cisco owns
more than 14500 IP telecom customers in the world, and has sold out above
3 million phones globally.
