Altigen opening branch in Korea
As the leading provider of world advanced CTI telecommunication platform
and IP-based techniques, Altigen has been working hard to make more and
more users, especially the Asian users, share the benefits from innovations
made through advanced telecommunication techniques. After establishing
the branch company in Japan, it went on to establish a branch in Korea
in July, 2004.
With the establishment of the Korean branch, Altigen can make better

The experience center of the next generation of network business opened
in Shanghai
Shanghai, August 25 of 2004--Alcatel Shanghai Bell announced that the
experience center of the next generation of network business was opened
in Shanghai. The center, to be operated by Alcatel Shanghai Bell, is the
first experience center established by Alcatel in the Asia Pacific region.
It is brand new experience center of the next generation of network business
following the Belgium Antwerp Center. It can provide an opening business
environment focusing on the design and measurement of NGN-based customized
broadband services to meet the ever-growing demand in the Asia Pacific
region. By cooperating with major providers, such as IBM, HP, the company
is ready to provide various kinds of NGN-based products and services,
such as soft phone, multi-media video meeting, IP Centrex, IP PBX and
WLAN telephone.
Alcatel Shanghai Bell is the leading provider of NGN solutions in the
Asia Pacifica Region, including China. In 2003, the company won the first
