Alcatel provides brand new enterprise software

  At the Alcatel Forum held at China World Hotel (Beijing) On September 8 of 2004, Alcatel announced that it would provide Unified Interaction Management (UIM) solutions in Asia. The UIM is based on the advanced unified telecom and customer service software of Alcatel. It combines the advantages of enterprise telecom system and Genesys system. UIM provides and expands the real-time application of sub-software, including middleware which can be used on any equipment or network. The user can realize information exchange at any time no matter where he/she is. This will surely improve the operation efficiency greatly.

Zoom Video ranks among the Top 100 E-government IT Enterprise in 2004


  On September 3, Selection activity titled "Top 100 E-government IT enterprises in 2004" was held in Beijing. It showed the public the key to success in the field of E-government and the informatization degree of Chinese government. Shenzhen Zoom Video Communications Company ranks among the top 100 enterprises with its outstanding capability and achievements made in the field of videoconference and office cooperation. It ranks the first on the video market.
The selection activity was organized by China Internet Weekly. After giving full consideration on the advice and suggestions from the government, IT enterprises and experts, it made an investigation on the sales income of over 2000 IT enterprises between July, 2003 to June, 2004 and selected the top 100 enterprises in the field of E-government.

Concerto Software acquired Rockwell FirstPoint Contact

  Concerto Software, the global leading provider of customer contact center solutions announced today that it has acquired Rockwell FirstPoint Contact under Rockwell Automation (NYSE: ROK). No detail on the acquisition was disclosed. Through the acquisition Concerto will greatly expand the size of itself in term of personnel and territorial scope of markets. The new company after the merging will provide more valuable products and services for the customers.
It is anticipated that after the acquisition the Concerto Software will have an annual income of over 250 million USD, and enjoy a high profitability. Products and services as provided by the company will continue focusing on information services to help enterprises in sales promotion, market promotion, payment and customer services.

NEUSOFT (China) cooperates with S&C (Korea) for outsourcing service

  [Dalian·China] the call center co-established by NEUSOFT and S&C, an outstanding comprehensive solutions provider was recently put into operation in Neusoft Park. The call center is the first cooperation project by NEUSOFT and S&C.
