JWB Public Service Center gaining the CCCS Certificate

  On September 9 of 2004, Tianjin JWB Public Service Center was granted the certificate of China Contact Center Standard for Operation Performance (CCCS-OP-2003), and the certificate of four-star customer service center as issued by Customer Relationship Management Committee of China Federation of IT Promotion (CFIP). It is the first call center which gained the above mentioned certificate in the field of medias in China.
96860 Jwb Public Service Center is a comprehensive call center established in 2000 by Tianjin JWB Newspaper to catch up the step of others and set up a brand new image of the enterprise by improving the quality of service and the relationship with the readers.

  China Contact Center Standard for Operation Performance (CCCS-OP-2003) was draught by CTI Forum Customer Relationship Management Institute with the support of the representative customer service providers/operators in this field and was issued and enforced by Customer Relationship Management Committee of China Federation of IT Promotion (CFIP) Under Ministry of Information Industry. It fills the blank in this field and will surely enhance the development of the whole industry.

ITApps making efforts in constructing the call center of Guangdong Branch of China Construction Bank

  In the reconstruction of the call center of Guangdong Branch of China Construction Bank, the leaders and technicians of the bank decided to choose ITApps as the IVR solutions provider after making a thorough investigations on the world leading Call Center providers. ITApps shows its strength in system implementation and products integration and will make efforts in constructing a first-class customer service center based on a competitive technical and business platform.

  CTI used in this project is the AIC products from AVAYA. Through the hard work of the integrator, AVAYA and ITApps, EDIFY has successfully fulfilled the integration of AVAYA's AIC products, which was highly recognized by the relevant authorities of Guangdong Branch of China Construction Bank.

Huawei present at the IPv6 Evolution and Development Strategies

   "Seminar on NGN/IPv6 Evolution and Development Strategy--The First High-level Seminar on CNGI" was held in Beijing on September 3. At the seminar, the members of CNGI expert committee, major contractors of CNGI, domestic and foreign operators, foreign NGI experimental network operators came together to discuss on key topics, including CNGI development strategies, network construction, application and services. Huawei was present at the seminar and made the keynote speech as the representative for domestic IPv6 development.
