3D TGNT provides call center for Guangtong Telecom

  Recently, 3D TGNT and Guangzhou Optisp signed a contract according to which 3D TGNT will provide call center to Guangzhou Optisp to improve the working efficiency of Guangzhou Optisp. The core of the call center is the advanced Meridian1 switch system of Nortel Network, including 45 seats. It is used mainly for support the business operation focused on Legend of Mir III.

  Before that, 3D TGNT has provided call center for Shanghai Shanda Networking, the largest network games provider in China to enhance the latter's competitive capacity by improving the customer service quality and working efficiency.

Cisco acquiring VoIP software provider; SafeNet expanding the ID business

  Cisco announced on Sept. 13 that it planned to purchase Dynamicsoft, operator of VoIP software at a price of 55 million USD. According to Cisco, after acquiring Dynamicsoft, the software products of Dynamicsoft will be integrated into the BTS 10200 soft switch of Cisco based on SIP to help the operator deploy the applications more efficiently. Recently, SafeNet, the information security provider announced that it would purchase Datakey. According to SafeNet, the acquisition will be completed by the end of the year of at the beginning of the next year. SafeNet hopes to expand its business in user access and recognition through the acquisition. After the acquisition, Datakey's products will be reinforced in terms of software and smart card drive.

Dalian CP Digital Technology Company invested in the customer service industry

Baoshitong provided to home users at low price (0.20CNY/minute)

  After a trial service as long as one and a half year, China Unicom began to provide "Baoshitong", a kind of videophone service to home users. Yesterday, China Unicom announced in Beijing that it has reduce the charges for Baoshitong videophone services greatly and from now on the user can enjoy the high-speed videophone service at a low price of 0.20CNY/minute.

  It is also reported that, China Unicom will carry out a test on mobile Baoshitong (Baoshitong service based on CDMA mobile phone) in Shanghai. At present, the test has been completed.
