Call center of Korea Air to be constructed by CNC in Qingdao

　　On September 20, China Call Center of Korea Air signed a cooperation contract with CNC Qingdao Telecom. According to the contract, CNC Qingdao Telecom will assist Koera Air in constructing a integrated platform to provide comprehensive services to the domestic users. The service line (4006588888) will be put into operation in October.

3D TGNT providing IP Switch system Succession 1000 for SANDISK

　　Recently, 3D TGNT and SANDISK signed a contract. According to the contract, 3D TGNT will provide two sets of Succession 1000 systems which will serve respectively the newly-built factory area of SANDISK in Shanghai and Shenzhen.

　　SanDisk, established in 1988, is the world largest provider of Flash card.

　　Succession 1000, together with IP telephone or soft phone, all use advanced IP techniques to meet the requirements for voice, data and network construction. It can make the structure of the network simple and easy to understand.

Polycom is appraised as the major provider of videoconference system in Asia-pacific region

　　Recently, Polycom (NASDAQ: PLCM), the world leading telecom solutions provider was appraised by Frost & Sullivan as the top-level video equipment provider with the high market share (47.3%) in the Asia-pacific region. Frost & Sullivan drew this conclusion on the basis of the investigation on the videoconference equipment providers in the 13 countries in the Asia-pacific region. Polycom has a market share of 32.6% in China Mainland, 68.3% in HongKong and 37% in Taiwan. It is the market leader indisputably.

TTS of iFLYTEK used to support Eicon Diva Server

　　On September 7 of 2004 (Tuesday), Shanghai, China: Eicon Networks, a world famous Canadian provider of telecom products for enterprise network safety reached an agreement with Anhui USTC iFLYTEK Company, the professional voice techniques provider. According to them, the InterPhonic voice synthesis system (Text To Speech) of iFLYTEK will be adopted by Eicon to support the voice telecom card of Diva Server series. Through the close cooperation, the advanced techniques of the TTS system (InterPhonic) of iFLYTEK are fully applied in the stable and efficient Diva Server platform. The two sides will keep on cooperating in the voice application field by recommending the products/solutions of the other side to its own clients.
