VCLog recording system of Voicecodes serving Founder
With the growth of sales volume, Founder Technology Group Corp. put
forward higher requirements for the call center of the customer service
department. Recently, Founder Technology is investing more to establish
a new customer service call center. At last, VCLog System of Voicecodes,
which uses Ai-Logix products of American voice card manufacturer as the
hardware platform. The VCLog System has a great advantage in an age of
quickly developing communication techniques. The existing recording system
can be upgraded easily and economically if the call center is upgraded
into a VoIP call center in the future.
Alcatel providing the latest version of telecom solutions
for middle/small sized enterprises
Recently, Alcatel announced that it has put on market
the latest version (3.1) of OmniPCX Office solution provided by Alcatel.
It combines two new kinds of applications: OmniTouch Call Center Office
can serve as a call center and the Alcatel mobile communication assistant
which enables the staff to get access to voice/email through the web browser.
Alcatel OmniTouch Call Center Office is an interactive management solution
with an integrated call center functions. It can support as many as 32
positions. Alcatel OmniTouch Call Center Office support various kinds
of user interface, including Alcatel digital Reflexes phone, Alcatel DECT
phone, Alcatel IP Reflexes phone and PIMphony IP which is used for PC.
With the IP phone and PIMphony IP, the enterprise can deploy IP call center
solutions.
Concerto Software enhancing the development of domestic
telemarketing
During October 20-22, Concerto Software co-held a high-level
training of telemarketing management with Guangzhou Pushi Consulting Company
and China Upsales in Beijing. This is the second training Concerto Software
held in the past 4 months for telemarketing management. Through the two
training, telemarketing director from 21 provinces, cities and regions
(telecom, mobile, manufacturing, financing, medical care) participated
in the training and learn about the techniques of telemarketing management.
