Number of users of VPTV to reach 26 million

  According to the market research report by MRG, with the testing and application of IPTV in Europe, Asia and North America, the IPTV market will grow quickly and by 2008 the number of users will increase from 2 million in 2004 to 12 million in 2008.

  Since 2001, the broadband video frequency products/services have been commercialized in America. In 2002 Canadian operators also marketed such broadband video frequency services, and in Korea--- such service is becoming popular quickly, accounting for 20% of the total income from broadband business.

  On May 31 this year, Beijing Communication announced to cooperate with V.CCTV.COM to provide IPTV services. Thus, the users can enjoy TV programs online with their laptop computers. According to the statistics made by V.CCTV.COM, the number of registered IPTV users has reached 60,000 during the testing period by Sept. 20.

Zinglabs won the bid for the call center system of Beijing Shunyi Airline Service Company
