Concerto Software experienced the highest sales income in the 3rd
quarter of 2004
Concerto Software announced that its performance reached
the highest point in the third quarter of 2004. Due to the fact that it
acquired two professional call center companies (Rockwell FirstPoint Contact
and Positive Software Systems), Concerto Software experienced a significant
growth in sales income, profits and number of customers. The sales income
in the quarter has increased by 85% than that of the last year and by
26% than the second quarter of 2004. Taking off the sales income from
the acquisition in 2004, the sales income in this quarter is in fact 16%
more than that in the last year.
In this quarter, Concerto gained 29 more customers around the globe,
which stimulates the consecutive growth of business in the past 6 quarters.
VoIP business growing fast on the enterprise market in
America, with the access rate reaching 12%
According to the latest report made by In-Stat/MDR, in the past a few
years, VoIP business has been growing quickly on the enterprise market
in America, with the access rate increasing from 3% in 2003 to 12% in
2004. Such service is much more popular among big-sized enterprises, with
the access rate reaching 43% by the end of the year. It is anticipated
that by the end of the year the access rate of it among middle-sized enterprises
will be 34%.
