Concerto Software experienced the highest sales income in the 3^rd quarter of 2004

　　Concerto Software announced that its performance reached the highest point in the third quarter of 2004. Due to the fact that it acquired two professional call center companies (Rockwell FirstPoint Contact and Positive Software Systems), Concerto Software experienced a significant growth in sales income, profits and number of customers. The sales income in the quarter has increased by 85% than that of the last year and by 26% than the second quarter of 2004. Taking off the sales income from the acquisition in 2004, the sales income in this quarter is in fact 16% more than that in the last year.
