Powerise's CRM in trial operation at the national custom information
center
Recently, the new number of national custom information
center was put into operation. The PowerCallCenter as constructed by Powerise
for the General Administration of Customs, P.R.C. was successfully put
into operation. It means that Powerises CRM system is entering into a
brand new field, after its access to the industry of telecom, financial,
social insurance, sanitation, Iron&Steel and real estate.
EnsemblePro by Concerto and InfoTalk gaining success
Concerto Software announced recently in Beijing that: the integrated
call center solution called "EnsemblePro?" and InfoTalk gained
a success in the transition between text and voice. The test result shows
that the text, which includes Chinese characters, can be turned into VOX
voice file through the InfoTalk Speaker and then be played through the
M3 Script of EnsemblePro.
Before that, Concerto has finished the integration of the EnsemblePro
and Cisco IPCC at Beijing Agricultural Bank, and the integration of Zhejiang
Industrial and Commercial Bank and Avaya switch.
Shandong Unicom assists in the integration of call center
networks of financial systems
Recently, Shangdong Industrial and Commercial Bank decided
to use the specialized call center network constructed by Shangdong Unicom.
This is another success made by Shandong Unicom based on the technical
advantages.
