Hangzhou Handsome constructing "12345" for the People's Government of Wenzhou

  Recently, China Telecom cooperates with Shanghai CINtel to create a new brand-"Sheng Dong Shi Kong (Space of Voice)". In the project, China Telecom will use the intelligent network platform of Shanghai CINtel to provide a brand-new telephone voice service to the customers. It will improve the existing voice service by adding fashionable elements into it and thus enhance the development of value-added telecom business.

"120" first-aid center of Pingxiang city (Jiangxi province) actuating call center system

  In October of 2004, the "120" call center system of the public health bureau of Pingxiang city (Jiangxin province) was put into operation. The system, covering the first-aid telephone services all over Pingxiang city, will take great responsibilities for the health and lives of people living in this area.

VoIP market formed already---sales of IP telephone products increasing by 43% in 2004

  According to the latest report made by In-Stat/MDR research company, up until now the VoIP market has been formed. Market segmentation also appears.

  According to In-Stat/MDR, the manufacturers are busy developing various kinds of IP telephone and other end-point equipment based on the existing VoIP service and the coming "voice/data/video" services. It is anticipated that the annual growth rate of the sales of IP telephone products will reach 43% in 2004.

Videoconference system of CAAS started

  On Dec. 16, with the completion of the informtization network for the major scientific projects (gene-modified crops) as carried out by Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS), the videoconference system between CAAS and other research institutes in and out of Beijing was put into operation. This means that from now on the communications between CAAS and the above mentioned institutes could be fulfilled through the network-based videoconference system.

  After gaining the favor the head office of the Agricultural Bank of China for the IVR solutions (EDIFY), ITApps made another success, being chosen by China Construction Bank to provide IVR products (the only IVR products provider chosen by the bank). Edify has been widely recognized in the banking industry in the past a few years with its outstanding products and services. Besides, it does quite well in other fields, such as insurance and aviation. The company will provide a series of Edify-related training to assist the integrators in maintaining and optimizing the technical force to fulfill the projects started one by one.
