FarEast Harris building "pre-warning and directing system
for emergency public health problems" for Shijiazhuang Sanitation
& Anti-epidemic Station
The explosion and wild spreading of SARS in 2003 gave
the alarm to China concerning the weak public health system, and offered
a big challenge to the ability of handling emergency public health problems.
To enhance the informitization of the public health system of Shijiazhuang
city and improve the ability of monitoring and handling the public health
problems under emergency situations, Hebei FarEast Harris Communication
Company undertook the task of setting up a capable "pre-warning and
directing system for emergency public health problems", taking full
consideration of the actual conditions of the city and the local sanitation
& anti-epidemic station and in accordance with the principles put
forward by the State Council.
