ITApps providing solutions for the customer service center of CPIC

V2 winning the bid for the videoconference system of
Guangzhou Administration of Industry and Commerce
The "V2 conference" videoconference system as provided by
Beijing V2 Technology Incorporation has gained the favor of many customers
due to the powerful functions and high quality. In the past two years,
the company has made great success in the field of e-government, constructing
videoconference system for governmental departments, such as State Post
Bureau, Hunan Provincial Forestry Bureau, Jilin Provincial Health Bureau,
Guangxi Provincial Communications Bureau, etc., and was ranked among the
top 100 enterprises in this field in 2003 and 2004.
Brand-new "12315" complaint/report center put
into operation, with 32 hotlines
A brand new "12315/12358" complaining and reporting center
of Shenzhen Administration of Industry and Commerce was put into operation
in the first floor of Gongshang Wujia Building. The number of hotlines
of the center was increased from 10 to 32, handling as many as 1500 calls
a day. The building has become the biggest working place for receiving
and handling the "12315" complaint/report in the industrial
and commercial system of China.
It is known that the "12315" dedicated line was opened by
Shenzhen Administration of Industry and Commerce on March 15 of 2000,
and was mainly engaged in receiving consultations, complaints and reports
from the consumers. WIth the opening of the new center, it will develop
into an integrated platform with many functions, such as providing consumption-related
consultation service, collecting complaint/report from the consumer, sending
safety alarm, case investigation, advertising control, enterprise credit
rating and so on to improve the modernization of market management.
AsiaInfo's BOSS help Liaoning Mobile and Zhejiang Mobile gaining award
The BOSS (Business Operations Support System) as designed and developed
by AsiaInfo (Nasdaq: ASIA) gained two awards recently. One is "Innovation
Award for the Modernization of Enterprise Management" as granted
by the Ministry of Information Industry to Liaoning Mobile, who adopted
the BOSS. Another one is "Achievement Award for the Development of
Information Industry in 2004" granted to Zhejiang Mobile, who also
adopted the system.
