Edify gaining the award of "Best Product in 2004"
EDIFY, the world leading provider of voice solutions announced
in California of America on Jan.12 of 2005 that EDIFY's voice interactive
platform (EVIP) 9.0 has gained the award of "Best Products in 2004"
by Customer Interaction Solutions Magazine of TMC, the major journal in
the field of CRM, call center and telephony service ever since 1982.
NDRC making plans for the development of NGN
Recently, National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) made a plan
for the development of Next Generation Network (NGN) based on Pv6 in 2005.
The plan includes four key points: development of equipment and software,
research of key techniques, performance test and trying to establish international
standard. Up until now, the macroscopic industrial policy for the development
of NGN has been very clear.
NDRC requires that: first, the research and development of NGN products
shall be based on the principle of industrialization and shall be tested
on the NGN test network; second, the research and development of key techniques
shall be forward looking and strategic; third, lay much importance on
promising applications which have a bright prospect on the market; fourth,
relevant sides shall make rules and regulations for the research, development,
testing and application of the products to enhance the formation of national,
industrial and international standards.
