RightNow released financial statements 2004 and the 4th quarter of 2004

  RightNow (Nasdaq: RNOW), the world leading on demand CRM company announced today that according to its financial statement dated on Dec. 31 of 2004, the income in the 4th quarter of the year amounted to 17.70 million USD, an increase of 67% as compared to that of the last year, while the total income in 2004 was 61.8 million USD, an increase of 72% as compared to that of the last year.

  The net income in the first three quarters of 2004 was 1.3 million USD, with a diluted earning per share of 4 pence. Total sum of the net income in 2004 amounted to 3.4 million USD, with a diluted earning per share of 12 pence.

  In the 4th quarter of the year, RightNow gained 80 new customers while renewing its contract with the old customers. They are Alaska Airlines, Cisco, CNET, Columbia University, Crane Telecom, IBM, Logitech International, Swiss International Airline, Travelocity and Vodafone Group.

ZTE adopting Blackfin eMedia platform

  Analog Devices, Inc. (NYSE: ADI), the world leading provider of high performance signal processing solutions, announced today in Beijing that ZTE, the biggest listed telecom equipment provider in China, has applied the Fusiv-based BlackfineMedia platform provided by ADI to the broadband and network equipment, including Internet protocol (IP) set-top box and "three into one" gateway. The Fusiv-based Blackfin eMedia platform supported by ADI's Blackfin processor and characterized by favorable price, low consumption, high performance and programming function, will make it possible for ZTE provide complete and perfect solutions to the customers at a competitive price. Meanwhile, it will also enable ZTE to provide IP-TV service and VoD service. It will be implemented at the beginning of 2005.

RightNow ranks among the leaders in the report by Gartner

  RightNow (Nasdaq: RNOW), the world leading on demand CRM company was appraised as "Strong Positive" in the eService part of the latest report by Gartner in 2005. The evaluation result made by Gartner was divided into 5 classes. They are (from lower to higher): Strong Negative, Caution, Promising, Positive and Strong Positive. The evaluated objects are all famous manufacturers, such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Siebel, AVAYA and so on. According to Gartner, "Strong Positive" means that the evaluated object is in the leading position in the eService field and has a bright market prospect. Gartner suggests the users to give priority to the manufacturers marked with "Strong Positive".
