VoiceSoft building call center platform for residential community
To meet the general requirements for the continuous development
of Shanghai city, enhance the informatization in the field of public service,
create a new kind of community culture based on Computer and network,
meet the increasing demand of the public for the cultural life and improve
the modernization level of Shanghai in public culture and comprehensive
management, the first call center of the street office of Changning district
of Shanghai was constructed.
On Jan. 27 of 2005, VoiceSoft signed the contract for the construction
of the call center platform of the Street Office of Jiangsu Road.
15% of the wire cable broadband subscribers will adopt VoIP business
in 2007
According to the latest research report made by Infonetics, from 2003
to 2004 the number of North America wire cable VoIP subscribers increased
by nine times from 50,000 to 500, 000, while the number of wire cable
broadband subscribers increased by 26%, from 17.7 million to 22.4 million
.
According to the research report, from 2005 to 2007, the number of subscribers
of VoIP service and the investment in VoIP equpment will increase quickly.
To meet the quickly increasing demand of the subscribers, North America
Wire Cable Company will increase the investment in VoIP equipment gradually.
The investment in 2004 has been increased by several times compared with
that in 2003, from 63 million USD to 123 million USD.
According to the analyst from consultation agencies, the percentage
of VoIP subscribers among the wire cable broadband subscribers will increase
from 2% (2004) to 15% in 2007.
ERICSSION expanding market for the broadband access products
