Taitong Machinery signing contract with SynleadCRM

　　Taitong Machinery signed a contract with SynleadCRM on Jan. 28, to start the CRM project formally. In the past half a year, Taitong Machinery has made a thorough evaluation on more than one famous CRM software. Taitong Machinery is a new customer of SynleadCRM, who has signed contract with Shenzhen Sullair (air compressor), Schenck Shanghai Machinery (balancing machinery, KBA (printing machinery), Guangzhou Bochuang (jet molding machine), Micro Welding Equipment Co., Ltd.,Guangzhou (minitype point welding machine), and Shunde YongXiong (wire cable production equipment).

"12345" dedicated line put into operation in Weihai

　　By dialing "12345", the citizens of Weihai city can reflect their opinions and suggestions to the major directly during the working time. "12345", a dedicated line for the communications between the citizens and the major was put into operation yesterday, with a promise that all the suggestions from the citizens will be fully considered and all the problems will be solved. According to Dazhong Daily, the "12345" dedicated line, based on the most advanced call center platform in China, has many functions, including telephone, e-mail, SMS, fax and so on. The users can choose among the manual service, auto voice query or auto voice messaging, and can switch over freely between the above-mentioned services.

China's largest videoconference platform settled down in Xi'an Telecom

　　Recently, the value-added business department of Xi'an Telecom signed a contract with BuChang Group. According to the contract, BuChang will provide Xi'an Telecom with the videoconference platform which can support as many as 300 parties at the same time. This is a good example for the development of XinShiTong (Videoconference) business in China.

Output of China-made network telephone products will increase at a rate of 90%

　　As report shows, Due to the growing demand on the world market, the output of network telephone products (including network telephone, IP telephone) will increase by over 90% this year in China Mainland and Taiwan, the major base of the providers.

　　It is said that network telephone, which enables the consumers to communicate with each other through the Internet, is one of the fast developing fields in the telecom industry. According to the investigation results of IDC, the network telephone market will grow continuously at an annual rate of 47%. Total value of the market will reach 1.5 billion USD by 2007.
