"95519" call center of CLIC gaining five-star CCCS certificate

On March 3 of 2005, the first five-star call center in the insurance industry in China was born in China Life Insurance Company (CLIC).

At 2:00 p.m., a grand certificate-granting ceremony was held in the headquarter of CLIC The "95519" call center of the headquarter of CLIC and the branches in Jiangsu, Sichuan and Shenzhen were all granted the CCCS certificate (five-star certificate for the "95519" call center of the headquarter and the Jiangsu Branch, and four-star certificate for that of Sichuan branch and Shenzhen branch).

HOLLYCRM gaining the award of "Outstanding Partner of Zhejiang Unicom in 2004"

On Feb. 24 of 2005, China Center for Information Industry Development (CCID) of the Ministry of Information Industry released "Annual Research Report on the Management Software in China during 2004-2005". TurboCRM, with the outstanding sales volume, has taken the No.1 position on China's CRM software market for the third time.

TurboCRM ranks the first with a market share of 19% of the CRM software market in 2004, an increase of 3.8% than that of the last year.
