RADVISION acquiring FVC
RADVISION announced recently that it has acquired First Virtual Communication
Ltd. (FVC), including all the assets, intellectual property rights, customers
of FVC and the subsidiary CUsee Networks, with 7.15 million USD in cash.
RADVISION won the bid under the supervision of Federal Bankruptcy Court
of California, U.S. Meanwhile, FVC also thinks that RADVISION is the best
among the bidders for the acquisition.
