Paetec choosing Lucent's VoIP equipment

PAETEC, a nationwide telecom company, will use the equipment of Lucent to provide VoIP service to the customer, which include many big companies, financial institutes, hospitals, hotels, universities, government offices, etc. Lucent will provide equipment installation and engineering service to them.

Nortel signing contract with BT

Nortel has won a contract valued 5 billion USD with BT. This will help Nortel to apply the IP techniques and update the telephone center system of Britain.
The contract, followed with the emergence of IP call center and relevant software, will lead to: updating of Nortel tools, rapid development of PBX and Call routing techniques, and the first application of Nortel communications server 1000 at five sites.

Singapore Zinglabs won the bid for the construction of the Woncore TCY call center system

Recently, Singapore Zinglabs won the bid for the construction of the TCY call center system of Woncore, a system with a capacity of 50 positions based on the most advanced technical platform in the world.
Woncore finished the acquisition of assets and personnel of TCY call center in August, 2004. This call center, with the abundant capital, resources and branches of Woncore, will continue to improve the operation and consultancy services to be a powerful nationwide out-sourcing customer service network.
