Shanghai VoiceSoft providing Panasonic call center platform

After long time of hard work by the R&D engineers, Voicesoft provided a call center "CommSuites Panasonic Edition" successfully on March of 2005.
CommSuites Panasonic Edition is a new kind of Voicesoft CommSuites call center product, and is a new generation of call center platform based on Panasonic IP PBX TDA, and a dedicated version for Panasonic KX-TDA as developed by Voicesoft. It has both the advantages of CommSuites and the characteristics of IP telecom integration of TDA series.

New type of Zultys IP telephone set provided

Beijing: March 21 of 2005--Zultys Technologies marketed a new type of ZIP telephone set today. This kind of telephone set, fully built on open standard and operated on real-time Linux operation system of high stability, is compatible with any SIP-based IP telephone system. It has many functions, such as PoE, wire-speed Ethernet switch, speech encryption, and conference, which make it an ideal product for the enterprises.

Another 1200 employees to be recruited by Dell for the call center in India

This Monday (America-Pacific Time), Dell announced that it would employ another 1200 persons for the call center in India, and would establish a factory in East Europe. The third call center as set up by Dell in India will be opened this Monday. It is anticipated that the number of employee of the call center will be increased from 300 to 1500 in a year.
At present, Dell has 7000 employees in India (very next to that in America). Dell has a call center in Hyderabad and Bangalore, southern cities of India.

BPO (business process out-contracting), now flourishing in India, has caught the attention of General Electric, America Express and other international giants. According to the analysts, through BPO in India, Dell can reduce its cost by 40%-50%. The company says that it has invested in India tens of millions of USD, not declaring the exact figure though.
