PacificNet acquiring Guangzhou 3G

On March 30 of 2005, PacificNet (Nasdaq: PACT), China's leading value-added service (VAS) provider, announced today that it had reach a final agreement with Guangzhou 3G to acquire a 51% of the stock of the latter. As China's leading VAS network company, Guangzhou 3G has served China's four major telecom operator-China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom and China Netcom. According to the agreement, Guangzhou 3G will become a subsidiary company of PacificNet, with PacificNet as its majority share holder. PacificNet plans to integrate Guangzhou 3G's business achievements into its own financial report. This will surely lead to a significant increase in PacificNet's income.

Zinglabs Technologies constructing call center system for the tobacco industry of Hunan province

Recently, Zinglabs Technologies begun to construct a province-wide call center system for Hunan Tobacco Company. This is another application of Zinglabs Technologies's products on the provincial call center market in the tobacco industry after it was applied in Hebei, Jiangsu, Liaoning, Sanxi and Yunnan. Zinglabs Technologies, now occupying 80% of the call center market in the tobacco industry, keeps working hard to increase the market share.
