RightNow (Nasdaq: RNOW), the worldleading provider of on demand CRM
solutions, was highly appraised in the research report made by Forrester.
It goes as "RightNow Service and RightNow Sales stand out on the
market" RightNow Service? ranks the first in terms of market performance.
Forrester made an evaluation on the 117 eService providers. The criteria
for evaluation includes current products, strategies and market
performance. Market performance mainly involves financial status, current
customers, employee, system integration and system cost. RightNow, gaining
full mark in the aspect of customers and system cost, is proved to be
the leader among the 6 major eService providers.
InterAct's recording system adopted by the credit card center of China
Merchants Bank
Recently, the recording system for the credit card center of China Merchants
Bank provided by Beijing InterAct Technology Company was accepted by the
customer. Up until now, the digital recording & monitoring system
iRecorder® of InterAct was adopted in the credit card center of Shanghai
Headquarter and Beijing Branch and Guangzhou Branch of China Merchants
Bank.
Avaya granting prize of "Outstanding Performance" to the
