Lucent's products adopted in Dezhou

As it was announced today, The Industry Telephone Company in Dezhou decided to adopt Lucent's Accelerate NGN solutions for the local and long-distance VoIP service. Industry Telephone Company provides various services, including telephone service, ISDN, broadband, lease, mobile telecom, etc. At present, it has 2000 users in the southeast area of Dezhou. They will adopt Lucent's compact switcher to take the place of the traditional ones considering the size, function and price of Lucent's products.

Customer Service Center of Shanda Networking won three prizes in Shanghai

Shanda Networking won three major prizes ("The Best Call Center in China in 2005", "The Best Call Center Manager in China in 2005" and "The Best Call Center Customer Service Representative in China in 2005" in the ICC CHINA 2005 held in Shanghai on April 13.

"AVAYA-2005 China's Best Call Center and CRM Provider"--Shanda Networking won three out of the five prizes due to its outstanding performance in flow planning, quality control, personnel management, technical application and cost control. The customer service center of Shanda Networking won the prize of "The Best Call Center in China in 2005", while Wang Jingying, vice-president of Shanda Networking and director of the customer service center won the prize of "The Best Call Center Manager in China in 2005". Chen Ting, the customer service representative of the customer service center of Shenda Networking won the prize of "The Best Call Center Customer Service Representative in China in 2005".
