Avaya making efforts in building integrated telecom network for 2006 Germany World Cup

Micromuse acquiring Quallaby

Micromuse (NASDAQ code: MUSE), a leading provider of expandable, real-time business and service assurance software, signed a contract with Quallaby. According to the contract, Micromuse will acquire Quallaby at a price of 33 million USD. Quallaby is a priviate-owned software company located in Massachusetts, America.
