AltiGen creating the largest major hotline in China---"12345"
In order to give a full play to the "mayor hotline", Suzhou
municipal government decided to use AlitiGen's IP-based distributive call
center system to build the "12345" mayor hotline, and put it
into operation on April 20.
Suzhou "mayor hotline "12345" is based on AltiGen's IP
distributive call center platform, with Chinese and interactive interface.
It combines the advanced telecom network technique and computer technique
to provide services including auto voice searching, manual position service
and information processing. The mayor hotline serves as a virtual call
center to link the county governments, district governments and various
functional departments of these governments through the information network.
HXD09 adopted to build "12366" system for Liaoning State
Taxation Bureau

the development of the society.
