Neusoft cooprating with Zinglabs to provide call center system for the tobacco industry

NeuSoft cooperated with Zinglabs Technology in 2002 to provide a complete set of intelligent call center solutions to tobacco enterprises and make market promotion for the system in the tobacco industry. By April of 2005, The call center systems provided by NeuSoft and Zinglabs have been fully applied in Hebei, Jiangsu, Liaoning, Shanxi, Yunnan, Hunan, with a market share of over 80％.

Avaya cooperating with BT for the next generation of IP telecom in Europe

Avaya (NYSE: AV), the world leading provider of enterprise telecom software, system and services announced recently that it has signed a three-year-long contract with British Telecommunications (BT), valued at about 80 million stg. According to the contract, BT will provide Avaya telecom system and MulitVantage® telecom application software, including relevant services, to its customers, inside and outside the European Union.
