"2005 seminar of CCID call center and service outsourcing"
being held successfully
With the speedup of economic globalization, service outsourcing has
penetrated into every aspects of national economy. Nowadays, call centers
prefer integrating outsourced service rather than providing customer service
by themselves. The value of outsourced service has been focus of the attention
of both the providers and demanders of the service.
To know more about the role played by outsourcing service in improving
and supporting the demanders on the market and to enhance the development
of such service, relevant sides held a seminar titled "2005 Seminar
of CCID Call Center and Service Outsourcing" on the second floor
of CCID Building on April 20 of 2005. Leaders and experts from China center
of Information Industry Development (CCID) and CCID Consulting Company,
solution providers from CCID Call Center as well as the customers attended
this seminar, discussing on hot topics, such as how to improve service
quality and enhance business development in the new situation.
Synroute cooperating with IPO to improve customer service
Ever since entering China market in the last year, IPO has made great
achievements in enlarging the market of MSB-oriented integrated telecom
solutions (MSB: middle and small sized enterprise). Meanwhile, in order
to improve the functions of the telecom platform for the convenience of
the customers, Beijing Synroute Information Technology Company worked
with AVAYA IPO department to finish the research and development of the
CTI Link (for IPO) and call center mid-ware. Besides the TAPI interface,
it provides CTC and TSAPI interface, so that most call center manufacturers
in China can transplant the original software to the IPO, which greatly
improve the compatibility between the IPO and major mid-ware. Considering
the favorable price of IPO compared with large-sized PBX, it is quite
a good choice for the enterprises.
iFLYTEK cooperating with American Nuance to build united lab
On April 21 of 2005, iFLYTEK and Nuance United Lab held a grand signing
ceremony in Iflytek building, the base for industrialization of "863"
R&D results. This is another important international cooperation after
cooperation between iFLYTEK and Microsoft in the construction of Hefei
Microsoft Technical Center.
