Sunbay providing call center system for the Office of Letters and
Calls of the Standing Committee of Shanghai people's Congress
The call center system constructed by Shanghai Sunbay Information Technology
Company for the Office of Letters and Calls of the Standing Committee
of Shanghai people's Congress was put into operation recently. It is aimed
to set up a value-added telephone service system of high performance and
efficiency by making use of the existing resources of and the most advanced
call center techniques in the world.

to provide various services, including sales out-sourcing, customer service,
market service, etc.
Convergys has been using RightNow's service since 2000. At present, there
are over 3000 customer service representative in its contact center who
uses RightNow's products.
