"95155" call center providing SP services

"95155" call center is an out-sourcing call center constructed by Beijing sureKAM Corporation. It has an exclusive license for value-added telecom service of "call center information service" issued by the Ministry of Information Industry, and has got the number "95155" as approved by the Ministry of Information Industry.

"95155" call center provides three kinds of out-sourcing service (SP customer service) according to the actual condition of the SPs and the requirements on the market for customer service:

1. Mini-type SP customer service: oriented to small-size SP. For testing calls from the operator and limited number of customer service calls, with the monthly traffic load les than 1000 minutes.
2. Standard SP customer service: oriented to common SP. For customer consultation and complaint-receiving service as well as handling testing calls from the operator.
3. Agent service: complete set of SP customer service, handling various issues, such as answering questions, receiving complaint, contacting the customer service center of the operator, and so on.
