TurboCRM signing contract with Ansys China
TurboCRM and Ansys China (Beijing) a contract recently for the purchase
and application of TurboCRM system.

On the afternoon of May 11, Concerto, the world leading provider of customer

Sales income form VoIP business will reach 19.9 billion USD in 2009
According to a report made by Infonetics, the sales income from VoIP
services in North America has reached 1.3 billion USD in 2004. It is anticipated
that the number will increase to 19.9 billion USD in 2009.
Sunrise providing VoIP monitoring products
Recently, telecom instruments provider Sunrise marketed TAMS 7-VoIP instrument,
an integrated monitoring products oriented to PSTN and VoIP network. TAMS
7-VoIP (flow analysis and monitoring oriented to SS#7 and VoIP) provides
various kinds of tools for flow analysis, network management and fault
detection based on data collected with Sunrise telecom analysis instrument.
This product provides a more efficient way for telecom providers to expand
the VoIP market. Sunrise says that it is eager to enter into the market
of VoIP monitoring system. This new product is the outcome of the efforts
of protocol analysis department of the company. According to the latest
market research made by F&S, the market of VoIP monitoring tools is
still at the first stage of development.
