Wynn Las Vegas Hotel adopting Avaya IP telecom solutions
Avaya works together with Extreme Networks as well as other partners,
including Citrix, Juniper Networks, NICE systems and SDC, to help Wynn
Las Vegas Hotel to provide the best customer service.
Wynn Las Vegas Resort and Country Club, one of the grandest hotel in the
world, started business recently. This 45-storey hotel set a new standard
for customer service by using the IP voice telecom solutions provided
by Avaya and Extreme. It integrates the voice and data network, and improve
the telecom service of Wynn Las Vegas, covering the whole hotel and the
2698 guest rooms.
China Railway Communications providing unique service to absorb customers
Compared with China Telecom and China Netcom, China Railway Communications,
also engaged in the fixed telephone service, is still very weak. But,
with the competitive advantage based on the "single network for the
whole country", the company implemented the operation strategy of
"gaining market share with unique services" and provided a series

and improve the image of enterprises through "800", realize

ABG
Recently, ABG (Allen Bonde Group), a famous consulting company, made
a comprehensive evaluation of the famous self-help software providers
by considering the performance of these providers in four aspects: brand,
partner, technical level and implementation capability. Full mark is 20
points.
Among the 20 providers, RightNow ranks the first with a high mark of 17
(see details on http://www.selfservicescorecard.com/). According to ABG's
report, providers with a mark over 16 will be regarded as leaders on the
current market, and those with a mark over 14 will be regarded as major
providers.
