Genesys & eSOON are holding the"Genesys & eSOON Partners
Meeting" for the very first time in Beijing Kerry Center Friday,
July 22, 2005. eSOON had achieved great success in the CTI market of
the Greater China Area, and the market share has been increasing continuously
duo to the specialized services in customer service field and the Genensys
products.
In recent years, eSOON has developed a new product on the EZactor.
The new product drew much attention from the market once was introduce
from last year. It has gains much recognition by our customers such
as Eastern Home Shopping Network (EHSN), CCTV and Agricultural Bank
of China (ABC) and achieved great publicity in a very short time. Meanwhile,
it accumulated much professional experience in the field of Government,
Finance, Enterprise, and Media areas.

Over 140 companies supporting Avaya's strategy for intelligent telecom
Over 140 companies, including software/hardware developers, system
integrators, cooperation partners and consultant institutions, said
recently that they would support the strategy of Avaya to realize intelligent
telecom through interactivity and multi-manufacturer mode.
These companies include AT&T, Extreme Networksm HP, Juniper Networks
and Polycom. They will work together with Avaya to provide seamless
telecom solutions, system integration and consulting services.
Avaya is now inputting 90% of the R&D investment to develop the
next generation of telecom application software, based on the techniques
developed in Avaya labs.
TurboCRM providing drive for Nanjing Nanzi
After research and investigation, Nanjing Nanzi Scientific & Technical
Development Company, a high-tech enterprise in Jiansu province, signed
a contract with TurboCRM for the purchase and application of TurboCRM
system to improve the sales and management ability.
PacificNet Epro will work with Epicor to provide CRM and CTI solutions
Recently-PacificNet Epro (Nasdaq: PACT), branch of PacificNet and a
leading call center CRM solution provider in China, announced that it
would work with Epicor, a world famous software solution provider (Nasdaq:
EPIC) to provide CRM solutions to Chinese customers.
