Sony- Ericsson using 95Teleweb-oms to improve operation efficiency
As a outstanding customer contact center much honored in and outside
China, "Sony-Ericsson customer service hotline" realize that,

Asia Pacific Technology Awards 2005
During the CommunicAsia2005 in Singapore, the Shangrilla Hotel was
blazed with lights at the evening of June 15, 2005. Representatives from
world outstanding telecom companies gathered together to witness the annual
award-presenting ceremony by Frost & Sullivan for Asia-pacific region.
6 awards were presented to the operators, and 11 were presented to the
suppliers.
As the only one coming from China, Huawei Technology got the award for
the third time. In the witness of world leading operators and providers,
Huawei took the award of of "2005 Best Wireless Equipment Provider",
"2005 Best NGN Equipment Provider" and "2005 Best Optical
Network Provider", winning respect and applause of the competitors,
customers and medias presented. It is the only telecom company which won
three awards at the same time. Other award recipients include Cisco, Juniper
and Alcatel.
Amdocs cooperating with HP China to provide billing solution to BMCC
Amdocs (stock code: DOX), the world leading provider of billing and customer
service software announced on June 20 that it would cooperate with HP
China to jointly provide integrated billing solution for Beijing Mobile
Communication Corporation (BMCC). Amdocs's Billing 6, as a part of this
solution, will support pre-and post-paid customers for voice, data, and
advanced services, delivering more efficient billing to customers and
providing BMCC with the capabilities to remain a market leader.
In addition, Amdocs Billing 6 will be fully integrated into BMCC's CRM
systems to successfully reduce operating costs, provide faster response
time to market, deliver more flexible business and promotions plan, and
online charging schemes. HP China and Amdocs will also provide ongoing
technical support and maintenance services to BMCC once the implementation
is completed.
