India determined to provide good environment for service out-contracting
India's premier software organizations says that it will help the government
punish those employees who steal and sell customer's bank information
illegally.
Kiran Karnik, chairman of the National Association of Software and Services
Companies of India (NASSCOM) says that India is a "trustworthy"
destination for out-contracting, and there shall be no stealing and illegal
selling of data in the call center as reported by British newspaper. He
says that they had noticed an investigation report released on British
newspaper The Sun, which says that the working staffs of Indian call center
sell the customer's bank information illegally.
Indian government made strict regulations in 2000 for supervision purpose:
anyone who steal and sell data illegally will be jailed for 2 to 5 years.
Kingsoft providing IM software---KingSoft Online Messenger
Tencent QQ and Microsoft MSN is now facing a new competitor, while
the users have one more choice. Kongsoft Online Messenger has been available
from now on, bound to Kingsoft Power Word 2006, for the user to download
for free.

which will be tested on June 28. According to analysts, Software and games
providers decided to enter IM market at the same time is because that,
with special IM tool, the company can increase the crowding effect of
the customers.
Polycom cooperating with Nortel to provide videoconference system
Polycom announced today that the honored VSX videoconference system and
MGC multi-points Bridge will work together with Nortel's multi-media telecom
server MCS5100 and CS1000 IP PBX to form a videoconference system based
on IP telephone network. This solution not only provides high-quality
video telephone service, multi-media telecom services (such as Instant
Messenger), but also supports desktop conference and meeting room system.
This SIP-based solution can also work with the H.323 and H.320 system
to guarantee the financial benefits of the users.
