95 teleweb providing training service for Binhai Branch of Tianjin Mobile

Binhai Branch of Tianjin Mobile signed a contract with 95 teleweb on June 5th. According to the contract, 95 teleweb will provide training service for Binhai branch of Tianjin Mobile. China Mobile is one of the major customers of 95 teleweb. This cooperation shows that 95 teleweb is widely recognized by customers in the telecom industry with complete customer service center solutions, professional services and rich experience.

Growth rate of sales volume of IP telephone set exceeding that of the business income from it

According to the latest report by IDC, in the first quarter of this year the growth rate of sales volume of IP telephone set has exceeded that of the income from the sales of IP telephone set. Sales volume in this quarter amounted to 297,500, an increase of 17.9％ than that of the last year (250,900). Due to the reduction in price, income from such service increased by only 2.9% in the past year from 64.10 million USD to 65.90 million USD. It will be still like this in the coming quarters.

IP telephone set has appeared on vertical market, such as pharmaceutical, automobile and transportation industry. As for the market share, in the first quarter Cisco took the lead in both business income and sales volume. It increased the sales volume by 0.6%, to 52％. Avaya increased the sales volume by 0.9%, to 12.6％.
