Vonage adopting Avaya's SIP-based telecom and call center solution
Vonage, the leading broadband telecom operator in North America, announced
recently, that Vonage America, a branch of it, has adopted Avaya's SIP-based
telecom and call center solution to improve the capacity and production
rate of the call center and the satisfaction index of the customers.
On the basis of the existing call center, Avaya and Vonage work closely
with each other to make a solution for the expansion. The SIP-based platform
can be seamlessly connected with the existing IP telephone network of
Vonage that is based on SIP.
