Hotline of the customer service center of China Southern Airlines
linked in five cities
RThe "950333" hotline of the customer service center of China
Southern Airlines was linked recently in Guangzhou, Urumchi, Shenzhen,
Zhuhai and Shantou. According to the airline company, it is now cooperating
with telecom departments for the earlier opening of the nationwide customer
service network.
Progress made in the integration of voice switch of call center
Ever since Chengdu Information Technology Company of Chinese Academy of
Sciences signed the contract with the Tobacco Company of Sichuan Province
for the integration of voice switch of call center, it assigned key technical
personnel to do the job and laid a solid foundation for the integration
in a short time.
The project is based on the IPOffice system provided by AYAYA, a world
famous provider. Up until now the system has been completed in Nanchong,
Guangyuan, Ziyang, Neijiang, Leshan, Dazhou and Deyang, and has been put
into trial operation. Smooth operation of the system will lay a solid
foundation for the VoIP network in Sichuan Tobacco Industry.
HOLLYCRM expanding the customer service center again for Beijing Unicom
To provide better service to the users, Beijing Unicom signed a contract
with HOLLYCRM for the expansion of the customer service center (phase3
and 4) . It is known that pahse 1 and 2 of the construction was also undertaken
by HOLLYCRM. This is another good news from HOLLYCRM following the reconstruction
of the call centers of Zhejiang Unicome, Liaoning Unicome and Anhui Unicome,
which reflects the strength, achievements and advantages of HOLLYCRM in
the field of call center.
