Sunyard won the bid for the call center system of Yunnan Agricultural Bank

Recently, Sunyard won the bid for the construction of call center system of Yunnan Agricultural Bank. The call center is based on AVAYA S8700 + GENESYS + EDIFY technical platform (Kunming: 180-lines access relay, local bank: connected to Kunming through E-number service, center of the province: 120-lines IVR, 10 for out calling, 5 for fax, 20 manual positions, 20-lines recording, 20-lines TTS).

At present, the head office of the Agricultural Bank was planning the project, and in 2005 Fujian Agricultural Bank, Jiangsu Agricultural Bank and Hebei Agricultural Bank were appointed as new trial pilots.

Tianjin Post Office getting the first order for the out-contracting of 11185's positions

Tianjin Post Office signed a contract with Beijing 800Buy in August for the out-contracting of the positions of "11185" customer service center. This is the first contract for position out-sourcing.
